Director of Investor Relations

Eric Priamo

Eric Priamo serves as Director of Investor Relations at Basin Ventures, where he works directly with accredited investors and supports the firm's capital formation efforts across its domestic oil and gas offerings.

Eric brings more than fifteen years of experience in private investment, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory. He is the founder and managing partner of Juniper Equity, a private investment and advisory group focused on middle market and lower middle market companies, where he managed capital raises, presented opportunities to equity and debt partners, and guided clients through buy-side and sell-side transactions. Earlier in his career he led M&A and corporate finance execution at a boutique merchant bank, headed a business exit and succession planning practice at the Nautilus Group, and conducted valuation and transaction analysis on companies ranging from a few million to more than five hundred million dollars in size.

That combination of investment, valuation, and advisory experience gives Eric a clear understanding of how investors evaluate opportunities and what they expect from a long-term capital relationship. At Basin, he applies that perspective to the firm's non-operated working interest strategy, helping investors move through the process with the transparency and detail the asset class requires.

Eric holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
